Cloud Pavlova

Using the freshest whites from our Country Lane Free-Range eggs, you get that perfect crisp shell and marshmallow centre every single time. A true showstopper!

  • Whisk 4 Country Lane egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  • Gradually add 250g of caster sugar, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until the mixture is thick and glossy.

  • Spoon the mixture into a large circle on a baking tray lined with parchment.

  • Bake at 120°C for 1 hour, then turn the oven off and let it cool completely inside.

  • Top with whipped cream and your favourite seasonal fruits!
