10-Minute Pesto Eggs

Ingredients: 2 Country Lane Free-Range Eggs, 2 tbsp jarred pesto, 1 slice of sourdough or thick toast.

Method:

Spread the pesto in a cold non-stick pan over medium heat.

Once the pesto starts to sizzle, crack the Country Lane eggs directly on top of it.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolk is still liquid gold.

Slide onto your toast and enjoy!
